Tasting notes

On the nose, scents of peach, apricot, tangerine and honeysuckle.  On the palate, subtle peach, hints of apricot and crisp citrus notes.  Bright and dry finish.  Pair with a chicken salad sandwhich on a croissant.   

Production notes

100% Monument Vineyard Viognier - Lake Chelan AVA.  Whole cluster pressed. Fermented to dryness.  No malolactic fermentation. Fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel tanks.
